BriterEncoder Factory Overview

At a Glance

BriterEncoder specializes in the development and manufacturing of linear wire displacement sensors and rotary encoders.
Through a factory-direct operation model, all key processes—including product design, mechanical machining, electronic manufacturing, final assembly, and inspection—are completed within the same facility to ensure stable and traceable production.

Factory Environment & Overview

The BriterEncoder production facility is located in 3F, B9 Building, Yintian Industrial Zone, Yantian Community, Xixiang Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong, China, serving as the company’s core site for research, development, and manufacturing.
The factory integrates R&D offices, CNC machining areas, SMT production lines, assembly lines, and quality inspection zones, supporting the complete process from design to shipment.

Mechanical Machining Capability | CNC Center

The first stage of production is mechanical machining.
Key metal components are manufactured using in-house CNC machines, including:
  • Encoder housings
  • Shaft sleeves and mounting flanges
  • Internal mechanical components
This process ensures dimensional consistency and assembly accuracy.

R&D, Technical Support & Sales Office

The second floor houses R&D, technical support, and sales offices, serving as the main area for product development and customer coordination.

R&D and technical responsibilities include:

  • Circuit design
  • Mechanical structure development
  • Firmware programming
  • Communication protocol debugging

Sales and business functions include:

  • Customer requirement communication
  • Product selection support
  • Technical solution coordination
  • Order processing and follow-up

Electronic Manufacturing Capability | SMT Line

The factory is equipped with an SMT production line for PCB assembly.
Key processes include:
  • Component placement
  • Reflow soldering
  • Basic solder joint inspection

Final Assembly Process

After mechanical and electronic components are prepared, products enter the final assembly stage, including:
  • Mechanical structure assembly
  • Sensor unit installation
  • Cable soldering and connection
  • Housing sealing and fastening
