1.Order Acceptance
1.1 The Buyer’s purchase order shall be deemed accepted upon confirmation by BriterEncoder, and the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Sales Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the order. BriterEncoder does not accept any additional or conflicting terms unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
1.2 Upon order confirmation, BriterEncoder will provide the Buyer with a formal commercial invoice via email.
2.Pricing and Payment
2.1 Pricing Basis: Order prices are based on the prices displayed on BriterEncoder’s official website or written quotations (valid at the time of order submission).
2.2 Trade Terms: Default delivery terms are DDU (Duties Unpaid). Import duties and taxes are the Buyer’s responsibility.
2.3 Payment Methods (unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before shipment):
- PayPal: Supports multi-currency settlements.
- X-transfer: Contact sales for a proforma invoice including shipping costs. Production will commence upon receipt of payment.
- Bank Transfer: Contact sales for a proforma invoice including shipping costs. Production will commence upon receipt of payment.
3.Order Modifications and Cancellations
3.1 Customized orders based on customer requirements typically enter the production process within hours of submission. Due to production progress and the nature of changes, orders may not be canceled or modified.
3.2 Cancellation or modification requests may incur fees, including but not limited to cancellation fees, restocking fees, or production adjustment fees. Specific charges will be determined based on actual circumstances.
4.Logistics and Delivery

4.2 Delivery Statement:
- Shipping methods are determined based on freight costs, destination country, and product gross weight.
- Delivery times are estimates only. BriterEncoder is not liable for delays or early arrivals.
- Special packaging requests must be specified in the order and may incur additional fees.
5.Duties and Taxes
5.1 Product prices and shipping costs do not include import duties or taxes. Customs clearance, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country, and BriterEncoder cannot estimate these costs or assume related liabilities. Buyers are advised to contact local customs for details.
5.2 If goods are returned due to the Buyer’s failure to clear customs promptly, all related shipping and storage fees will be borne by the Buyer.
6.Returns and Warranty
6.1 Return Policy
For returns or exchanges unrelated to product quality, all associated costs are the Buyer’s responsibility. For specific fees, please email: brt@briterencoder.com.
6.2 Warranty Terms
- Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of shipment.
- Exclusions:
※ Improper integration: Performance issues caused by other components or installation methods.
※ Human damage: Includes mechanical shock, incorrect wiring, or insufficient protection.
※ Unauthorized modifications: Tampering, replacing internal components, or altering software parameters.
※ Over-specification use: Exceeding environmental, mechanical, or electrical limits.
※ Shipping damage: Damage incurred during return shipping (proof of inspection required).
6.3 Warranty Claim Process
- Buyers must promptly report potential defects to BriterEncoder during the warranty period.
- If a defect is confirmed, both parties will negotiate a resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund.
7.Limitation of Liability
In the event of delays caused by force majeure (including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, factory damage, accidents, riots, war, government actions, strikes, or shortages of labor/materials), both parties may negotiate to terminate the contract or extend the performance period.
8.Acceptance and Confidentiality
8.1 Inspection Period: Failure to raise written objections within 7 days of receipt constitutes acceptance.
8.2 BriterEncoder treats customer information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent.
